On August 15, 2017, Greenland Hong Kong (00337.HK), a holding subsidiary of Greenland Holdings (600606.SH), borrowed from Foshan Hongyi Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hongyi”). The land parcel held by the company is called Jinguyu Tourism Resort (the official website of Tuanyi Group shows an area of about 4,000 mu), and it was officially stationed in the Pearl River Delta region for 1.14 billion yuan.

The biggest feature of Jinguyi Tourist Resort is that it combines local natural ecology and valley topography, and integrates international five-star hotels, horse clubs, golf, tea gardens, terraced scenery, and nearly 800 acres of natural water and ecological landscapes. According to the terrain and topography of the resort, the green space will be positioned as a special town for cultural tourism. The current project name is “Shiongawa”.

The project invites M.A.O. to design the knife, behind which is the “revolution” of picking up Nagawa based on urban life. I took a meal with my child, had a cup of tea with my parents, and came to a farmhouse with my friends... It’s like another philosophy that has become a city life. Here, stay away from strangers, away from crowded traffic, away from reinforced concrete forests, away from cumbersome interpersonal relationships, return to simplicity, and return to nature.

There is an original ecological farmland experience area, a jungle slide, a private plant, and a natural school that allows people to return to the garden. There are also cultural and creative life systems, such as woodworking workshops, bookstores, dyeing workshops, earthen canteens, agricultural museums, inn groups, and Japanese-style hot spring hotels.
